About Ronda and Geoff
Ronda has a back ground in Healthcare IT and Radio Broadcasting. Geoff has a background in Security and Corrections. What this “odd couple” both have in common - their love for animals. Not only do they care for and love their own pets, but they advocate for animal rights, are against using animals in lab testing, don’t buy products that are tested on animals and are vegetarians. In their spare time they volunteer for animal transports which assist cats and dogs coming out of high kill shelters get to rescue, foster or new adoptive homes. They both lend their spare time to local shelters and rescues as well as volunteer at the largest no kill animal sanctuary in the United States - Best Friends Animal Society in Kanab, UT. Ronda and Geoff have given up “normal” vacations for over five years now to spend a week (or more) a year in the deserts of southern Utah walking and socializing dogs, poop scooping, feeding and even taking dogs on sleep overs, all to increase the dog’s chances to find their forever home. Last summer Ronda and Geoff spent a week in New Symrna Beach, Florida volunteering at the Southeast Volusia Humane Society.
